Five New Games Coming In NIS America's Debut Stream

After years of only announcing new information after their Japanese HQ did it first, NIS America will be holding their first live event via Twitch on Feb. 17. The stream will be broadcast live on their Twitch channel, with special guests SUDA51 and Kazutaka Kodaka slated to attend, and at least five new games will be announced. Media and other guests have been invited to attend the event in-person in San Francisco where they'll be able to take part in live demos and meet the guests. The biggest piece of news is that we'll get a look at their first game for the Nintendo Switch.

The biggest piece of news is that we'll get a look at their first game for the Nintendo Switch. Up until now, we've only been seeing Nintendo-approved clips coming out from makers, so this may be the first third-party announcement that Nintendo hasn't already featured. As for the rest, it's kind of hard to predict exactly what we'll be seeing in terms of new games, but it's almost a safe bet to say we'll probably be getting some sequels from a couple of the company's established titles.

The event will kick off at 10 p.m. EST, 7 p.m. PST.
