Could These Be The Next Batman Animated Movies?

BMHUSH.Cv.r8.qxMark Hamill got around this weekend, appearing at both the Salt Lake Comic Con and Fan Expo in Canada. We posted the full panel video for the SLCC, but at Fan Expo Hamill was joined on stage with his long time co-star Kevin Conroy to discuss the animated adventures of Batman and the Joker.

Having just completed The Killing Joke, one of the audience members asked about what they were doing next. According to ScreenGeek, the two looked at each other slyly then Conroy said: "What about doing Hush?" to which Hamill asked, "What about doing A Death In The Family?"

Both of these stories are classics in the Batman mythos now. Hush being one of my all-time favorites by Jeph Loeb and Jim Lee and uses a large number of Batman villains and associates including Superman (could bring back Tim Daly). That's the one that would get my vote, but A Death in the Family would be a close second for me.

Were these two just having fun with the audience, or is something in the works? Hopefully DC won't keep hushed about it too long.
