Across the dusty plains of America's southwest, a deadly storm is brewing. A string of murders portend the sinister designs of an infamous terrorist to bring about the end times. Michael Moreci says "I was always taught to write the story that keeps you up at night, and with Indoctrination, that's what I did. This series taps into my fears of a U.S. diseased by guns, death cults, and terrorist cells–a nightmare that, judging by the election cycle, is in danger becoming even more real than it already is. Indoctrination is political, it's bloody, and it strikes to the heart of the monsters U.S. policy has created, domestically and abroad–that alone should scare the s**t out of us all."

And Matt Battaglia says "Indoctrination is the result of paying attention, the subject is the way an idea can percolate inside until it explodes – and that idea, that thing is airborne, it's a virus spread through every communication imaginable, it can travel halfway across the globe and ignite. In spite of all efforts – in spite of tearing down liberties, communities, nations – it still persists, in a word – bleak. Indoctrination looks at our times from all angles and takes stock of the toll it has taken."
