IDW's Onyx Appears On San Diego Highway Billboards

IDW CCO Chris Ryall will be signing comics of Onyx, the comic he's created by Gabriel Rodriguez at Yesteryear Comics on July 1st from 9am till noon, including the Yesteryear exclusive variant cover.

Yesteryear is a local store to IDW in San Diego, also home to the San Diego Comic Con and apparently casino and hotel chain Harrah's Resort.

And ahead of the comic book's release – and comic con – a number of highway billboards around the city have been going up promoting Onyx, IDW, Harrah's Resort and San Diego Comic Con…

It's the second such piece of signage – last year's focused on Walter Simonson's Ragnarok.
