No Peter Capaldi Doctor Who Comics From Titan. Yet. And Exactly Who Will Be Able To Sell Them?

Announced at the ComicsPRO retailer event in Atlanta, Georgia, are details of the two new monthly Doctor Who comics from Titan Comics. One featuring the Tenth Doctor even though he’s technically the eleventh, and one featuring the Eleventh Doctor even though he’s technically the thirteenth. Wibbly wobbly timey wimey.

And no Peter Capaldi-styled Doctor Who comics. Not yet.

What still hasn’t been said, though I have questions in with the relevant people is whether this British publisher has the UK rights as well as the US and Canadian rights, as IDW did not. And if so… what does that mean for the Doctor Who Magazine published by Panini. And if, as was rumoured, there are changed to that austere publication as a result…

Writing the comics we have Hugo Tate‘s Nick Abadzis, Nikolai Dante’s Robbie Morrison, Mighty AvengersAl Ewing and The Royals: Masters Of War’s Rob Williams with art from Nikolai Dante‘s Simon Fraser and IDW stalwart Elena Casagrande  So we know what he’s drawing after that Vertigo title now…
