Whenever I want to try to capture that certain something that comics has, I often think about what it might have been like to have been there when one of the key moments happened — to have picked up Action Comics #1 off the newsstand, talked about it with my friends, and thought about where it was all going next. I wonder how much of a taste of that we got today. Just an echo of it, certainly, but on the other hand — it wasn't just an ordinary Comic Day, either.
