I've gone to great lengths to avoid all the "OMG It's the Summer of the Comic Book Movie" articles that have been appearing in the mainstream nonstop over the past month, but I have to admit it feels pretty cool to have Thor in theatres, Green Lantern and X-Men First Class trailers in heavy rotation on television, and a steady stream of gossip about upcoming flicks like Spider-Man in my news reader.
