UPDATE: Yup another one folks. Toby was joking. And whoever may or may not be writing for Doctor Who serie six, contracts have not been signed… so no one is contractually obligated one way or the other on anything.

That was the answer to the question at the British Writers panel at San Diego Comic Con, still going on. Although as fellow panellist China Mieville points out "there's some detective logic here" – how can they be contractually obliged not to say whether or not they are… unless they are on a contract?
