Ryan Stegman Signs Exclusive With Marvel

I haven't written this kind of thing for a while. Probably not since David Finch signed with DC Comics. But anyway, there you go, Ryan Stegman, artist on Sif and Incredible Hercules is an exclusive artist for Marvel. I first noticed Ryan's work on Midnight Kiss, written by Tony Lee, and of late he's rather moved up in the comics world. So it's exclusive time.

I mean, it's not like he was doing anything much for anyone else anyway of late – a Zenescope cover here and there. But this ensures that DC keep their grubby little hands off trying to poach him, Ryan gets some medical cover, guaranteed work, stuff like that as part of the deal… and the fact that they've announced it means we might be about to kick off a spate of these things.

Consider this a pre-emptive strike by Marvel in anticipation on a bunch of announcements from DC Comics.
