RIP Art Clokey, Creator Of Gumby

Gumby was the first claymation character on TV, first appearing on The Howdy Doody Show before gaining his own series, which has continued in various forms to the present day.

This included a number of comics, including the Eisner Award-winning Gumby Summer Fun Special by Art Adams in the eighties and a more recent comic by Bob Burden and Rick Geary.
