Saturday – A World That Loves Comics!

The Guardian newspaper celebrates thirty years of Viz Comic (currently an exhibition at The Cartoon Museum in London) with three specially commissioned strips using three of the comic's ongoing characters, Biffa Bacon a parody of the violent children's strip Bully Beef, Mrs Brady, Old Lady and Gilbert Ratchet.

Meanwhile the Independent runs a massive write up of ComICA, although please, "not just for geeks"? Really? But the Dave McKean art is nice, I suppose…
