Doctor Strange Comics Inspire New Concept Hip-Hop EP

This is not the first time that the mystical creation of Stan Lee and Steve Ditko has inspired musicians. Art from Doctor Strange was mixed into the cover of Pink Floyd's second album A Saucerful of Secrets. The planets in the dark swash, Living Tribunal top left and Doctor Strange on the far right middle.

But now two veterans of the Northwest Hip-Hop scene, DJ China White and True Heart Master, have put together a concept EP called Strange. Each track on the EP is named after key characters from the Doctor Strange comics and they lifted vocal snippets from the 1978 Doctor Strange TV movie, the 2007 Doctor Strange animated film, and the 2016 Doctor Strange feature film.

They've released two tracks to Soundcloud. The first is called The Ancient One:

The second is called Morgan le Fay and features Isaac Kwok
