He describes it as about an American family under siege. Jeremy describes it as seeming gritty with a Sons of Anarchy vibe. Wood's description is Sopranos meets DMZ, a rural America crime drama with a militia anti government community that lives unnoticed for 100 plus years until Briggs, an incarcerated patriarch makes a deal with the government to sell the land. And his wife and sons try to stop it. A family drama with multiple generations involved in the plot, it's first issue, out on August 17th, is returnable and FOC for Monday.
