The Statue, The Posters, The Pins – Visiting The Marvel Booth At San Diego Comic Con

Octavio Karbank reports for Bleeding Cool, what he learned from his visit to the Marvel booth at San Diego Comic-Con before the doors opened

Hall H is gonna be big for Marvel this year, with 15 different panels through the show. and live streaming from the booth

Marvel's Luke Cage panel will see entire cast appearing and the panel will show unseen footage . Signing on stage with the cast and exclusive Luke Cage Joe Quesada poster, limited to 3,000 copies. Agents of Shield cast will be at Ballroom 20 on Friday, and there will be a signing at the booth with an exclusive poster.

There will be a signing on Saturday for Black Panther with  Chadwick Boseman and a Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 signing

Comicave Studios will be displaying a bunch of products, but the real big thing will be the 13-foot tall statue that they and Marvel put together. The statue weighs one ton. After the show it's going to get taken to Brooklyn, Steve Rogers' hometown. They are taking pre-orders of a ¼ statue and a 1/12 statue. Looks absolutely amazing!

Captain America Statue

Marvel Mastercard will be promoted, people can apply and will receive a temporary card during the con. If you have the card or sign up and are approved, you will get a 10% discount on any of the Marvel merchandise being sold at the booth. Also, anyone who applies while at the Con will get an exclusive Scottie Young Daredevil pin.

All the merchandise is exclusive for the show, including variant comics and new Skottie Young pins.
