Gotham Aftermath: The Rise Of The Penguin

Gotham season two is being called Rise Of The Villains, but the one villain who has already risen is Oswald Cobblepot. We ended last season with the Penguin having pushed Fish Mooney off a building and into the river. He proclaims himself the "King of Gotham", but as Robin Lord Taylor points out in this aftermath video… being on top in Gotham just means that everyone is trying to knock you down.

Gotham returns September 21st to Fox.
