Young Justice/Teen Titan Go! Cross Over 'Let's Get Serious' Airs This Thursday

Your eyes do not deceive you. The program creators Michael Jelenic and Aaron Horvath have released clips and pictures of the cross over between the YJ team and the Titans. The reason this may spark debate or controversy is the incredibly difference between the two shows. Young Justice took a more serious approach to the story and characters, and used themes such as death, betrayal, depression, etc…to help convey this. Teen Titans Go on the other hand took a more wacky, goofy, family friendly path to try and keep the American stigma (and I say American because…well…just google "anime", you'll understand) that cartoons are for children.
The cross-over episode will be called "Let's Get Serious" and it's main purpose is to directly address the difference in tone between Teen Titans Go and Young Justice. Only a few members of the Young Justice team will guest star; SuperBoy, Aqualad, and Miss Martian. If you want to catch the episode, it will air on Thursday, Feb. 26th on Cartoon Network.
