DC Comics’ Lucifer Greenlit For A Pilot

2014091710347539936_1Last year, Fox commissioned a “put pilot” for a TV series from Warner Bros based on the DC Vertigo series Lucifer, by Mike Carey and Peter Gross, itself based on the character developed by Neil Gaiman on Sandman. That means the network promises that the pilot will air, or pay a stiff penalty. It is to be showrun by CalifornicationTom Kapinos.

Well, according to good sources, the pilot has been approved, and greenlit.

Described as a slice-of-life drama in, out of Hell and into Los Angeles, it looks like Satan is coming to prime time again pretty soon…
