A DC Collectibles Exclusive Exclusive At San Diego Comic Con

Hey Gang!
It's your old pal Will Romine here. I'm chitchatting with you from the far away land of San Diego, where the men are men, the women are women, unless their cosplay subverts gender conventions.
By now, everything DC showed can be seen on the DC app. I felt a little glum knowing that I wouldn't be able to show my bleeding friends anything new. Then I saw this, seemingly abandoned on the dais.
Now, this looks to me like a prototype of a prototype. I asked Kevin Kiniry, VP of creative services for DC Collectibles, to explain this seemingly out of place chunk of plastic. He said that this prototype was shown at last night's DC Collectibles press event. He further said that no one in attendance was allowed to take pictures and, if I were to take a picture, it would be the only one in existence. But he wouldn't tell me what it was.
