Toy State, a toy industry leader and innovator has secured a licensing partnership with Nickelodeon to design, develop and manufacture lines of toy vehicles featuring the popular Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles entertainment brand.
Toy State president Andy Friess spoke about the turtles by saying:
