Leo Fitzpatrick, formerly of The Wire, has been cast as a recurring character for the second season of Gotham The new season is being called Rise of the Villains and Fitzpatrick falls into that category, playing Joe Pike, the leader of a gang of arsonists called The Pike Brothers.
