One of the gems I found was the Entertainment Hall, which centered on gaming and cosplay In comparison to the main Exhibition Hall where the vendors, artists and small press was congregated, along with the bulk of the attendees, this hall provided breathing and elbow room after a long day in the main hall.

In three short years, Washington, DC's Awesome Con has grown from a convention focused mainly on cosplay and a very few invited guests to one featuring celebrity guests such as Star Trek's originals, William Shatner and George Takei The ante was upped as WWE World Champion Seth Rollins and comics and cartoon heavyweights, Man of[...]
I was, however, optimistic that I might find the answer from the attendees of the Convention themselves! I was not disappointed.
What is most invigorating is how both the cosplayers and the people normally going about their business react to the costumes Not once did I hear a negative comment, or harassment of any kind[...]
We've had an extraordinary amount of cosplay from Denver Comic Con on Bleeding Cool thanks to our great team of reporters at the convention, however, it is true that there were also a huge number of cosplayers at the convention, perhaps even more than other conventions
Now we've got one more massive gallery for you[...]

Describing this event will almost certainly result in me identifying the cosplay costumes wrongly, but in the wedding party of this real cosplay wedding closing out Denver Comic Con, and claiming to be the first of its kind in the country, we had Batman (the groom), Thor, a Jedi, Daredevil (Netflix version), Ariel, a Kitten,[...]

Day Two of Denver Comic Con was as busy on a Sunday as you might expect from a Saturday at most conventions, and we're heading into a third day running on
No, sorry, they were not wearing suit jackets, a shirt, a bread and a skullcap…
…well, I mean one of them is.
But earlier at the con we reported on Kieron Gillen's shout out for cosplayers who cosplayed as characters he worked on at Denver Comic Con, particularly from The Wicked + The Divine.
And cosplayers, they came…[...]

I've done a full run of the main floor of the convention, exclusing Artists Valley which I hope to put up in its own dedicated photogallery.
But here, for your viewing, are 150 shots of the show so far with plenty of publishers, vendors, craftspeople, cute children making things and getting facepaint, cosplay, and all in[...]

You can see the whole show here, from one side to another, but here's a look at some of the cosplay, inside and out, remember, this is from Friday, the quiet today Today and tomorrow will be more of a scrum…
