We know that Amazing Spider-Man is beginning And that it will feature Peter Parker back inside his noggin.
But what of Otto Octavius? What of Doctor Octopus?
Well Midtown Comics have a special interconnected variant cover planned from their favourite boy J Scott Campbell.

Producer and screenwriter Roberto Orci answers some questions and raises more about the Amazing Spider-Man franchise in a new indepth interview he did with IGN.
First, in answer to Marc Webb and Andrew Garfield seemingly distancing themselves from the announced Amazing Spider-Man 4, Orci reassures – in a sort of meandering way – that the[...]

So there's a Spider-Man story out there. All the major sites apart from Bleeding Cool spoiled it in the headline. Though it's not as if we can get on our
Doc Ock, aka Otto Octavius, survived in Parker's body to take up the mantle of Spider-Man with no one else the wiser.
Writer Dan Slott had known Parker's demise wasn't permanent and the wall-crawling Mets fan would be back in the relaunched "Amazing Spider-Man" series that debuts this April, but he had to endure reaction ranging[...]

Originally a graphic novella, Spider-Man: Frost, it was instead published as part of the non-continuity Amazing Spider-Man #700 Point series out all this month, with Morrell's two issues out yesterday.
But not everything went according to mission plan Morrell posts on Facebook;
Bad news about the second part of my SPIDER-MAN: FROST comic-book series Someone at Marvel[...]
Because there's one A-list villain left there who still deserves the bad-guy role to himself in a film before they put them all together. I've got it on pretty good authority that The Sinister Six are part of Sony and Marc Webb's plans for future Amazing Spider-Man films, and now Jamie Foxx has backed this up[...]

But what about a couple of staples for $100, when their claim to fame is that they used to be keeping a copy of Amazing Spider-Man together.
Possibly the result from some chop shopping of other copies of Amazing Spider-Man #1, these could be useful for replacing your rusty staples with, while still being a genuine[...]
It looks like Peter is breaking a promise too.
Marc Webb and Dane DeHaan have each tweeted a brand new images from the upcoming sequel to The Amazing Spider-Man. They do not offer much in terms of plot details, but they Webb's image shows a very intelligent-looking Jamie Foxx in front of a board that has our hero's face at the forefront[...]

The cover of Amazing Spider-Man #121 has just sold at Heritage Auctions for $286,800.
This 1973 issue by Gerry Conway and Gil Kane, with cover by John Romita Sr. is considered one of the most important comic books of the Bronze Age As the Heritage Auctions blurb says, "'This was the end of innocence for comics… it remains[...]
We're 5-going-on-6 major movies in now over the past decade or so, and there's still plenty of classic Amazing Spider-Man comic book villains they could be resurrecting anew for film (though of course, Electro is in this one, so that's good) Director John Krokidas is at Sundance to premiere his Daniel Radcliffe-starring Alan Ginsberg biopic Kill[...]
We'll be able to check the rest later.
Both December and November were four week months, but December's skip week with only a handful of new titles available on Boxing Day may have had an affect, even when one of those comics was Amazing Spider-Man #700 Sales were down month on month but the $7.99 cost[...]
We reported that Amazing Spider-Man #700 has sold a quarter of a million, bringing in a total of two million dollars (plus all the 1:150 Steve Ditko variants selling north of a thousand dollars each).
Well, with the second print, I understand Marvel has sold another fifty thousand, pushing it over three hundred thousand and bringing[...]
You can see the effect of the December 26th "skip" week with only a few items available for sale, and Death Of The Family on Batman And Robin as DC get a few more titles back into the top ten than they have had of late.
Please, tell me what I obviously got wrong and apologies[...]
The collage cover of Amazing Spider-Man #700, now seen around the world, is not an original one.
It was a preexisting piece of art created by Mr Garcin, part of a series of collages he'd created, who was then contacted by Marvel Comics to license the work for variant covers.
Here is the original.
And here is the[...]
We recently reported that the Steve Ditko Variant for Amazing Spider-Man #700 was selling on eBay for over $1200 and copies are still selling for over a thousand dollars.
But it seems that Marvel have a few spare copies, and will be distributing them with every 250 copies that retailers order of the second print[...]
Ouch. From happier versions;
The situation appears to be dire, for if Aquaman can't even control the water, then what good does a Superman punch do, let alone Batman scowling at it? Beautiful cover, nonetheless.

Amazing Spider-Man dominates the in-app sales on iOS devices through ComiXolohy this week – and almost brought ComiXology down yesterday And it's been burning across the world, even beating He-Man And The Masters Of The Universe in Germany and fighting robots in Japan But not every country has fallen for its charms Brazil and the[...]
I can say this with a straight face — and not an ounce of shame or showmanship — this is the biggest damn thing I've ever done with any character in any story I've ever worked on.
December, the day of Amazing Spider-Man 700's release: many (though not all) Comixology users suffer outages, prompting the following[...]
