Spartan's New Helmet And A Diggle / Oliver-centric Episode Of Arrow Is Coming

diggleThe fourth season of Arrow ended with John Diggle (David Ramsey) having lost his moral compass. He needed to go find himself again and he decided to look while wearing a special forces uniform. As the new season begins, Diggle is in Chechnya on a mission.

Marc Guggenheim told EW.com about it:

He discovers that Chechnya is the wrong place for him to discover his moral compass. Things do not go according to plan for him, and there's something that happens in the first three episodes that is fairly significant and it's the circumstances that will ultimately bring him back to Star City, but he's not going to be the same. He's not going to be able to live his life the way he had been living it before.

With Diggle returning to Star City, it will lead to the fourth episode of the new season focused on he and Oliver Queen. And if you look at the photo above, you can see that Spartan gets a new helmet.
