Gerard Way Shows Off Young Animal Art, Assets And Alliances #DCYoungAnimal

All alone in the night, Gerard Way is DC Comics' last, best hope for mature readers comics, until the Sandman spinoff titles come along.

On Tumblr he posted the following images.

First two pieces by Doom Patrol's Nick Derington. Of a very Morrison/Case Robotman….

And new character Casey Brinke, via Black Sabbath and Ripley.

And he points out that this character appeared on his original Doom Patrol pitch by Becky Cloonan.

Then Shade The Changing Girl by Marley Zarcone.

Very much in the Milligan/Bachalo vein.

Some Mother Panic! from Tommy Lee Edwards, with Violet Paige in a very different Gotham,

And Cave Carson Has A Cybernetic Eye, drawn by Michael Avon Oeming.
