Speculator Corner: When Hawkeye Shoots Ant-Man

When the Avengers-style posters for Ant-Man were produced, with Ant Man standing on Thor's hammer and the like, to emphasis the link between the films, there wasn't one for Hawkeye.

So the internet obliged.

The idea was planted and a certain cover to Avengers was recalled in this meme.

Well, in the Captain America: Civil War trailer, that scene happens in live action.

And we even have the Hot Toys figure.

Well, that comic book cover that seems to have inspired the scene has become quite the hot commodity on eBay, Avengers #223, selling for up to $41 raw or $180 in CGC 9.8.
