A Comic Show – Secret Wars, Street Fighters And Turtles

Aaron Haaland writes,

Hey Fandom, I'm back with another stack of New Comics Now! This week had a surprising amount of fun DC books! Batman Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #1 was pure fan service! We got Killer Croc vs the turtles, Batman vs Shedder- if you like turtles, you'll love it! The DK3 Hardcovers are really pretty. Robin War continues to kick ass with Grayson and Detective as part 2 and 3, and a couple tie-ins. Batman #47 continues Snyder's Superheavy epic. This one has an insane cliffhanger and Harley Black Book Variants. The Darkseid War Lex Luthor one-shot shows what the man that always complains that Superman has godlike powers would do if he had godlike powers. Yup, Lex is a sellout.

Marvel has Free Star Wars Preview books out this week in time for the movie hype. And there was a Star Wars Annual out today, but I got shorted all my copies and won't have it until tomorrow. Secret Wars #8 is finally here…and it was worth the wait. I want #9 right now Marvel! Scarlet Witch #1 is by my man, James Robinson, and feels like a Hawkeye type take on the Witch. Oh, and the GWENPOOL Holiday Special is here!

The Street Fighter franchise has new life. Walking Dead is like all Neagan and Rick this issue! And We Can Never Go Home by Black Mask is a $10 volume one! Check out what the buzz is about.
