Catch Gameplay Of Resident Evil: Umbrella Corps
Umbrella Corps has had a…'troubled' reception since it was announced. The multiplayer third person shooter has rubbed fans of Resident Evil the wrong way, citing it as being a massive departure from the series' DNA.
Capcom have now released this game plays video showing it in action to give you a better chance to judge how it works. It's about 5 minutes and shows 3v3 in a One Life match. It also has e-sport-ish shoutcasting over the top.

Honestly, I think this looks fine. Not earth shattering, but there is a germ of an idea in here. I think the Resident Evil brand can support a game like this. At a time when fans are asking for a return to survival horror though, this does feel like a miscalculation.
