Starve has been showing us kitchen battles, but with this issue makes it incredibly literal. Not only must meals be prepared but the kitchens in question must be invaded and secured. An utterly incredible comic book concept and execution. Makes Gordon Ramsey look like Pee Wee Herman. Food is war.

While God Is Dead #42 just gets offensive. I mean, is there really such a need for such homophobic language when there are other deities present? It only entrenches such ideas in the heavenly (or hellishly) zeitgeist. Anything we can do to reverse this trend?
