Universal Slates Jurassic World 2 For Summer 2018

In what has to be the least surprising announcement since Marvel approved Guardians of the Galaxy 2, Universal Pictures has set July 22nd, 2018 for a sequel to their mega-hit Jurassic World. And like with GotG2, Chris Pratt will be returning for the second go round along with Bryce Dallas Howard. Colin Trevorrow who directed the film that brought in $1.5 billion globally will not helm the sequel but will write the script for it.
