Scott Snyder And Greg Capullo Bringing A Slender Man To Comics With "Mister Bloom"

He does seem to like his flowers. But that's no scarecrow.

In August's Batman comic book, Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo are introducing new Batman villain, Mister Bloom. And while we only have a restricted view, his dimensions do suggest something akin to the creepypasta classic, The Slender Man.

Slender-Men

An internet meme created on Something Awful's forums by Eric Knudsen, the character is often described as a thin very tall figure with a hidden face, wearing a suit. A kidnapper of children, he is said to appear in the background of many stories and works of art. Currently Clive Barker is working on bringing the character to the screen with Machinima.

But it looks like something of the Slender Man will be affecting DC Comics first…
