The Pied Piper Comes To Central City
The Flash's rogues gallery is growing quickly and on the next episode the Pied Piper (Andy Mientus) comes to town and he's got a bone to pick with Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh). You can tell by the clip that Piper, or Hartley Rathaway, has a history with Wells and possibly the folks at Star Labs.
The Flash airs on Tuesdays at 8 PM on the CW.
