The Walking Dead Lurches Towards Reorders
Greetings from the coal face of the direct comics market. Where retailers try to increase their orders of certain comics ahead of sale. Where supply and demand and most accurately reflected, where you can see which books are hot, where new orders are coming in and how retailers are reacting to new, unanticipated desire!
The second print of Walking Dead #127 takes the top with the upcoming #128 close behind. The new time-jump issue seems to have brought folk to the new arc and retailers are reminded again it will be some time before this issue is available in collected form.
The DC Bombshell variant covers continue to put reorders on the comics they are attached to, as does the Manifest Destiny Silvestri cover.
And some comics put on orders without any special cover at all! They do exist!
