Got A Spare $1,000,000.00 Lying Around?

Interesting e-Bay listing here for original Jack Kirby art for Fantastic Four #1. The Seller says that he is holding firm on this at $1,000,000.00.

Now I know nothing about the back story here, so I will give you exactly what the seller put in, typos and all:

This is the first original art for fantastic four number 1 drawn by jack Kirby! Jack later modified this first drawing to make the final cover for the fantastic four number one. That art no longer exists if it did it would be worth 10 million dollars! The one I have is done 100 % by Jack Kirby and later was published in strange tales 96 but has a date on the art of Jan 1961 same year fantastic four came out . this splash page cover art i I am offering is the Holly Grail of Marvel Art There is nothing more valuable then kirby's first creation cover art for ff1 unless of course the final drawing for ff 1 should turn up ! which to my knowledge it no longer exists

I'm not sure how the image below was re-worked into the cover of Fantastic Four #1 as the seller says. Seems more likely a story Kirby was working on at the same time an the went into inventory until it was used for Strange Tales #96. Either way its a cool looking piece… but for a million, I would do a hell of a lot more homework on it.
