Who is the Watcher? Original Sin, Marvel's upcoming summer crossover gets a #0 issue in April.

Also in terms of tie ins, we have already heard about All New Invaders, Bendis stated that his X-Men books and Guardians Of The Galaxy will also tie in. Newsarama says that Spider-Man will tie-in but will it be Amazing or… the other Spider-Man book that Slott pretty much confirmed on CBR. Oh and Thor and Amazing X-Men will likely see tie ins too.
