Alex De Campi And Carla Speed McNeil To Create Second Ongoing My Little Pony Comic

Recently, Bleeding Cool favourite Alex De Campi has been writing Grindhouse for Dark Horse, a series of nasty, exploitative, seedy and downright disturbing comics.

It’s not that much of a jump to writing My Little Pony.

And she’s joined on art by one of my favourite comics artists, Carla Speed McNeil from Finder, on IDW’s second ongoing My Little Pony comic, Friends Forever, beginning in January.

Introducing a brand new ongoing series! Dedicated to exploring the magic that arises from the friendship of two different ponies, prepare for anything in this fun-filled team-team up comic! Our first pony pairing features none other than Applejack and Pinkie Pie! When the two enter a baking contest, you can bet the culinary hijinks are going to get messy!

Something for the kids to read. And Grindhosue and Smoke/Ashes kept on the very high shelf.
