He also appears still-unnamed in today’s Justice League Of America, in the aftermath of the Catwoman shooting. But we start getting clues. He can mess with telepathy. He knows where Batman lives. And…

But who is The Outsider really? That’s still to come. Though, as before, we’re hoping he’s Grant Morrison.
