Expect An Ultimate San Diego Comic Con. Possibly.

A few more Marvel bits and bobs that have been coming my way. Well-sourced but reality has a habit of changing…

San Diego Comic Con is expected to bring us the Matt Fraction/Inhumans news, as well as a couple of major Ultimate Universe announcements, one of which may see Brian Wood wrapping his Ultimate X-Men run towards the end of the year. But if there is some finality to the Ultimate line, expect Ultimate Spider-Man to continue…

There’s more to come from Al Ewing and Joe Keatinge to be announced at Marvel very soon.

Expect Avengers Assemble to be majorly retooled after the Infinity crossover. There’s a feeling the book isn’t pulling its weight right now. Look for that to change.

As we previously deduced, Morbius is cancelled with issue 9. Expect that to be confirmed by the September solicitations.

But yes, this is all tempered by Marvel’s previous response, “Not entirely correct”…
