The Possible Parentage Of Superboy? (POTENTIAL SPOILERS UPDATE)

dcnew52So I had an interesting weekend chatting about Superboy.

Okay, I also went with the girls to London's Pillow Fight 2013, but some of it was spent chatting with Superboy.

Superboy from the DC Pre-52 was revealed to be a Kryptonian/human hybrid clone of Superman and his arch nemesis Lex Luthor.

As you do.

However, as with everything else, the genetic makeup of the current New 52 Superboy is a mystery.

I'm being told that at some point we may be discovering that he's actually a clone of Superman… and Lois Lane.

The New 52 may have split by Clark and Lois, but unbeknownst to them, they may have a son. Ish.

I wonder what will happen when they find out? If they find out?

DC did not return e-mails on the matter…
