DC Solicitations For June 2013 – Except For Batman (UPDATE x2)

Bringing in DC’ solicitations, as revealed by Comic Book Resources, Comic Vine, Newsarama, IGN, MTV, iFanboy, Comics Alliance all into one spot… no sign of the Batman books. Which numbered 14 13 last month. Totalling up, that comes to 51 50 titles in the new DCU. So there may still be that two final new comics to come.

Six Publishers In The Top 100 For February 2013, But Vibe And Katana Fail To Perform

Here are the top 100 comics for March 2013. While DC have made inroads into the top ten, their dropping marketshare can be seen in Marvel dominating the rest of the top and middle ground. The relatively poor performance of Vibe and Katana, both launching this month and given considerable publicity, tie-ins and promotional incentives for retailers to order high, does not bode well for their future. And two My Little Pony comics in the top 100 may help explain IDW’s jump in marketshare this month. Also, Walking Dead continues to embeds itself in the top twenty now.
