Hey Fandom! It's me, Aaron talking about New Comics Now!
Batman Inc #8 is out and it was spoiled in USA Today, all over the internets, and on the cover of the issue! That's all I'm gonna say about that for now. Aquaman vs Whalers vs Sea-Devils was cool in a hard traveling heroes type of way. Justice League Dark had a cool five page preview of Constantine. (well all the DC books had that but it flowed the best after JLD!)
Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy 0.1 was great. Really, it was fun. I know, trust me I know that it doesn't jive with Peter Quill being dead at the end of the last Thanos mini. I loved DnA's GOG and everything they did with Marvel cosmic from Annihilation on, but Bendis' issue was awesome so I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt that all will be explained. Hawkeye continues to hit the freaking bullseye. Uncanny Avengers, X-Force, and X-Men all came out and I'm loving the post AvX mutant environment. Young Avengers' Loki quite literally breaks the fourth wall! Take that Deadpool!
Oh, and I'm killed on the cover of Legend of Luther Strode #3's Phantom variant! I've been killed in comics before, but never on a cover! Thanks Tradd Moore and Larry for making that happen!
