Spider-Man Superior To Amazing – Tuesday Trending Topics

Amazing Spider-Man 100It's been all Spider-Man, all the time on the internet for the past week, and another shoe drops in a few hours, it seems: What I didn't realise at the time, was that meant this was going to be the first appearance of Superior Spider-Man full stop, at last after he has declared himself such.

Commission And Be Damned – Catwoman On A Hot Tin Roof

In late 2009, I commissioned Pat Broderick to do a Catwoman commission for me to be picked up at the Boston Comic Con in April 2010. Pat immediately completed it, sending me a scan of the art and posting it on his Comic Art Fans webpage and I promptly paid for the piece. Fast forward to April 2010. In anticipation of receiving the art, I posted it on my Comic Art Fans webpage. Unfortunately Pat had to cancel his appearance at the Boston show. No big deal. I emailed him in July to arrange shipping. Then again in October. Then in November. Again in January of 2011. Then in July. I never received a response to ay of those 5 emails.

Jamie Foxx On Electro's New Origin, Motivation And Costume For The Next Spider-Man Movie

Django Unchained offers a vast array of talking points and interesting avenues for interview, but as Jamie Foxx makes his way around the media to discuss it, he's also taking a little time out to answer questions on his upcoming big gig as Max Dillon, the man who becomes Electro in the next Spider-Man movie. As long as there's also some time for a bit of smart Django discourse, I'm alright with this.

"Reacting To Recent Events…"

I've learned that DC Comics either is, or is planning to, run violence checks on their comics, in the light of recent acts of violence in the USA. The Denver shootings during the screening of The Dark Knight Rises has raised this concern within the publisher, but the most recent Connecticut school shooting has focused this rather suddenly.
