NYCC: Mark Waid To Write Green Hornet For Dynamite, With Paolo Rivera Covers

To be announced at this week's New York Comic Con, Mark Waid is to write the new ongoing Green Hornet book for Dynamite. Launched using Kevin Smith's screenplay as a basis for the new series, and spinoffs such as Matt Wagner's Green Hornet Year One, Dynamite has been publishing Green Hornet books for a few years and getting sales not associated with the character for quite some time. Mark has shown a love for more pulpish comic book characters in the past, this does seem to fit well within his oeuvre.

And on of the cover artists to the new book will be his Eisner-winning artist on Daredevil, Paolo Rivera. As well as Alex Ross and the like, obviously.
