FCBD 2012: Free Comic Book Night From Double Midnight Comics, Manchester, New Hamsphire

This coming weekend, Double Midnight Comics of Manchester, NH will be ten years old. And they’re extending Free Comic Book Day festivities over four days… and into the night.

On Thursday May 3rd the store will sponsor the world’s largest Taco Tour with superhero guides to helppeople find ove thirty local restaurants serving $2 tacos all night, followed by a party and a midnight screening of The Avengers, for which Double Midnight has reserved two screens for their customers.

Friday, May the fourth by with you, for their Star Wars sale, and the beginning of Free Comic Book Night, giving away comics aimed at mature readers such as Chew, The Boys, Punisher MAX, The Walking Dead, Crossed and more!

On Saturday, Free Comic Book Day, Atomic Robo’s Scott Wegener will sign and sketch with a bunch of artists, with kiddie activities, a sale, costume competition and a bowling party.

Then Sunday brings a Game Day to the store, with tournaments for Magic the Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh and Heroclix.

Larry’s Comics of Massachusetts has also decided to steal the idea and will also be running a Free Comic Book Night.
