Death Sentence is a self-published five issue comics series by Montynero and Mike Dowling (Clint, 2000AD), about an Sexually Transmitted Disease that enhances your abilities but kills you in six months. Basically Strikeforce Morituri of the AIDS generation.

The comic tells the chaotic final months of an artist, a musician, and a comedian who find themselves with unwanted super-abilities.

3 twentysomethings. Verity’s a sexually adventurous graphic designer. Weasel’s an addict and a noted singer songwriter. Monty’s a movie star and comedian. They all react to the virus in radically different ways…

Death Sentence come out next year, though has seen advance copies selling at comic conventions. Here’s a look of what we have to expect
