DC Relaunch: Brian Wood Not Writing Supergirl #1

James Robinson left the Hawkman #1 relaunch a few months ago. Brian Clevinger was dropped from Firestorm #1 a few weeks ago. And Brian Wood off Supergirl #1? Count the days on your fingers. Bleeding Cool mentioned Wood, creator of DMZ and Northlanders, was on the book back in April.

Well, last week, he still was. Now… he isn’t.

Whoever they announce as the new writer on Supergirl #1, don’t expect them to have any indepth plans yet…

Neither Brian Wood nor DC Comics representatives chose to comment on this story.
