Glasgow Comic Con For June 2011

The organisers of the Glasgow comic marts are to stage their first comics convention, the Glasgow Comic Con. And the first the city has seen for fifteen years and the final GLASCAC, which I remember fondly. Wow, fifteen years. Anyway.

Glasgow Comic Con For June 2011The site has been registered by one Sha Nazir to a Glasgow address and is expected to go live in a couple of weeks. Guests announced so far for the June show include local boys Mark Millar and Frank Quitely and boy-from-the-exact-opposite-end-of-the-British-Isles, David Lloyd. I also hear that Dave Gibbons are more are, shall we say, entertaining the idea…
