SCOOP: Wizard Buys Central Canada Comic Con

SCOOP: Wizard Buys Central Canada Comic ConWill they rename it Winnipeg Wizard World? Or how about W2C4?

October 28th-30th 2011 will see Wizard World head up over the border as Gareb Shamus has bought yet another comic convention to add to the string around his neck, making his second Canadian show, the Central Canada Comic Con (previously the Manitoba Collector's Expo, then Manitoba Comic & Toy Expo, then Manitoba Comic Con)

The most recent show happened last weekend and will continue at the Winnipeg Convention Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba

Damien Paille, President of Cencon Inc. and Show Manager of Central Canada Comic Con gives the standard response of being happy and looking forward to building the show with Wizard. Wizard in turn promise to keep the show's traditions – while adding few of their own.

Like wrestlers! And  disgraced politicians!
