SCOOP: Sara Pichelli To Join Ultimate Spider-Man (UPDATE)

A certain Marvel source who has been so helpful of late tells me that Sara Pichelli, the Italian artist who has made quite a name for herself on books such as Runaways, X-Men: Pixie, Namora and NYX will be joining Brian Michael Bendis' Ultimate Comics Spider-Man with issue 15 in October.

Sara was one of the talents recruited to Marvel Comics by Talent Scout C.B. Cebulski. Working as a storyboard animation artist in Rome, she was one of the winners of C.B.'s Chesterquest talent searches. And she's been impressing a lot of people on the other side of the pond since.

And now it's time to work with the bald guy…

UPDATE: Brian Bendis has responded to the rumour saying "Don't respond to rumors but Dave [Fuente] is not gone"

Well he's doing the cover for that issue  for a start, isn't he Brian?
