DC Comics have announced the news on their Source blog.

The day after Bleeding Cool mentioned it on our DC-news-for-San-Diego piece. Which has been the week's most popular post so far. It follows up on originally breaking the David Finch exclusive story in January.

Looks like the bat was out of the bag. So they might as well go for broke.

It's called Batman: The Dark Knight and starts in November, written and drawn by David Finch.
