Dynamite! Buys Chaos! Comics Library – Except Lady DeathDynamite! Entertainment, not content with licensing Red Sonja, Green Hornet, Lone Ranger and The Phantom, creating a new Kirbyverse, buying Vampirella, bringing in the Dabels, working with ex-Virgin Liquid Comics,  and trying to rehabilitate Pat Lee  have now bought the Chaos! library of characters from Tales Of Wonder, who bought them during the bankruptcy of Chaos.

So that means Evil Ernie, Smiley the Psychotic Button, Chastity, Purgatori, Jade, Omen, Bad Kitty, Cremator, Lady Demon can now be Dynamite titles or characters. Including all the past material too.

Lady Death, Chaos' most prominent title was sold by Chaos to CrossGen in a futile attempt to stave off the bankruptcy, and then convenientlky acquired again by Bleeding Cool patron Avatar Comics before CrossGen went down, soon to be the lead character for a new publishing company, Boundless.

In its day, Chaos! exploited demand for "bad girl" material to its fullest as well as spinning off into all sorts of horror-related books. Looks like it's back on the books…
